More times than not, I’ve been referenced to as “that typical Starbucks girl”. For the longest time, that was definitely true. I wanted to fit in and thought that posting a picture on my Snapchat story every time I went to Starbucks was “cool”. However, Gabbie back then failed to realize that coffee has actually become a necessity for her, and many others, once high school hits. And, as far as needing coffee in order to survive another day of note-taking and problem-solving goes, I’m sure many people reading this right now could use this list to find new coffee orders to help keep them up-and-moving each and every day.

Iced Caramel Macchiato

For as long as I can remember, the Iced Caramel Macchiato has been, and always will be, my absolute favorite Starbucks drink of all time. The perfect blend of espresso, vanilla syrup, milk, ice, and caramel drizzle to create this wonderful creation of a drink has me HOOKED! There’s nothing better than being able to make coffee more interesting and enjoyable. You can’t ever go wrong with vanilla syrup, milk, and caramel drizzle added to coffee. Also, don’t forget to add extra caramel! I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed. It’s heaven in a plastic cup with its infamous green straw.

Caramel Brulée Latte

Although this special blend of espresso with steamed milk and caramel brulée sauce, covered with whipped cream and additional caramel brulée topping is only found around Christmas time, it is enough to satisfy you through the season. The hot latte itself adds to the winter atmosphere, honestly becoming a gift itself whenever I order it. This drink is perfect to warm up with during the chilly season and is perfect to order with Starbucks’ seasonal snowman Christmas cookies. (I wish I could make a Top Ten for their amazing cookies as well. Their snowmen cookies are legit, though!) So, the next time you head to Starbucks around Christmastime, keep this little Christmas delight in mind. You don’t want to miss it!

Toasted White Chocolate Mocha

Much like the Caramel Brulée Latte, the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha can only be found around Christmastime. This drink includes two shots of espresso with one cup of milk, one tablespoon of caramelized White Chocolate Mocha syrup and red sprinkles found on top. The drink itself is a nice chocolatey drink for sure to warm you up during the cold season. This is an absolute seasonal favorite of mine and I always order it every year when Starbucks brings it back for the season.

Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate

Once again, just like the Caramel Brulée Latte and Toasted White Chocolate Mocha, this seasonal drink is only available for a short amount of time during the winter season. This drink consists of steamed milk with white chocolate sauce and cinnamon dolce syrup, topped with whipped cream and sprinkles of cinnamon sugar placed on top. The Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate is easily one of Starbuck’s sweetest drinks, but I can’t even complain about it being so sweet. Especially around Christmastime, this drink definitely puts anyone who drinks it into the Christmas spirit and will have you drinking it up until the very last sip.

Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Is it clear to see yet that I spend most of my winter break at Starbucks…? Well, with drinks like these, it’s quite hard not to! The Peppermint Hot Chocolate is another seasonal favorite of mine that I order quite frequently during the holiday season. This drink is the perfect mix of steamed milk, peppermint-flavored syrup, and chocolate mocha syrup. To top it off is the perfect amount of whipped cream and curls of dark chocolate. This drink is a great choice for those who love to enjoy the peppermint flavor during the holidays but don’t necessarily like coffee itself; peppermint hot chocolate is the perfect substitute!

Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino

For the longest time, this drink was all that I ordered. Seriously, nothing else. Not even the drinks my mom begged me to try, I was obsessed! This drink is offered only during limited times throughout the year and is made up of Starbucks coffee with mocha sauce, vanilla syrup, chocolate chips, milk, ice, and then topped with chocolatey whipped cream and chocolate cookie crumbles. In other words, it’s technically an Oreo coffee milkshake. I loved it two years ago and I still love it to this day. It’s a for sure drink you just can’t miss out on.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Yes, yes, I know. This is always the typical drink everyone talks about and hypes up from Starbucks; but trust me, there’s a reason! This drink is also a seasonal drink, found only during the fall season as a way to set the mood for holidays like Halloween, and even autumn itself! This drink contains espresso and steamed milk, mixed with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Then, the drink is topped off with whipped cream and real pumpkin pie spices. The best thing is that you can enjoy this delicious drink both hot and cold, but I definitely prefer it hot!

Caramel Frappuccino

Again, much like the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, the Caramel Frappuccino was one of my go-to drinks for the longest time. This drink is a common favorite, especially by those that are trying Starbucks for the first time, usually don’t prefer coffee right away, or simply just don’t know what to order. You can’t go wrong with this coffee, milk and ice blend with whipped cream and buttery caramel sauce layered on top. If you’re indecisive or just want to check out Starbucks and see what it’s all about, I definitely recommend this drink. A lot of people I know try this drink their first time visiting Starbucks and they’ve all loved it!

Iced White Chocolate Mocha

The Iced White Chocolate Mocha is a special one because I’ve only had it once. In fact, I’ve only had a single drink of it. While visiting Starbucks on game day with one of my high school basketball teammates, she ordered this drink wondering what it would taste like. Of course, I was curious too; and trust me, I was NOT disappointed AT ALL! This espresso with white chocolate sauce, milk and ice, finished off with whipped cream is the perfect drink for a hot summer’s day. Quite honestly, though, it’s the perfect drink for any day! While the drink has a bit of a weird taste at the beginning, the aftertaste and the rest of the drink afterward is unbelievable. If you’re obsessed with white chocolate like me, I wholeheartedly recommend this drink.

Coconutmilk Latte

And, last but certainly not least, the Coconutmilk Latte! Oh my, oh my, oh my. I have so many mixed feelings and emotions about this drink, it’s insane. Why do I say that, you ask? Well, here’s the thing. The first time I ever tried this drink, the barista made it to absolute perfection! However, every other time I’ve had it has not been absolute perfection. In fact, it’s been a total disappointment. The drink itself is a mix of espresso and coconut milk, topped with cascara sugar on top. I hate the fact that I loved it so much the first time because I’m still hanging on to the satisfaction from that single drink last year. This drink is definitely not my favorite but it’s worthy enough of trying at least once. It’s definitely a drink that’s for sure to get you up and moving in the mornings, however, and I really like that about it!
